Can I try pole dancing if I have no upper body strength?
Short answer, yes! we hear this question a lot - pole dancing is an effective and fun way of losing fat and building muscle in a fun and friendly environment.
If I buy a course, do I have to use all my lessons on the same lesson every week? 
bEGINNERS ONLY COURSES CAN ONLY BE USED ON FRIDAYS BEGINNERS ONLY LESSON 7.15-8.15PM. ALL OTHER COURSES CAN BE USED AT ANY LESSON.
Do you have to do other activities alongside pole dancing to get really strong?
that is purely up to the individual. others may enjoy other activities alongside their pole routine. however, pole alone is a substantial workout and will improve your all round health and wellbeing.
Are pole dancing classes suitable for children?
yes! children are welcome to attend any lessons we offer. children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Do I need to wear shorts?

My hands slip all the time, what can I do?
aVOID MOISTOURISING FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR POLE LESSON. AVOID EATING SUGARY, PROCESSED FOODS. WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE AND DURING POLE LESSONS. KEEP THE POLE CLEAN DURING LESSONS. AND IF NECCERSARY, PURCHASE A GRIP AID SUCH AS DRY HANDS WHICH IS AVAILABLE TO BE PURCHASED IN STUDIO.
