Whether you are brand new to pole fitness or already on your journey, we have a class to suit you.


Pole fitness classes are suitable for men and women of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. We have no age limits - however we do ask that children aged 15 and under are accompanied by an adult during group lessons. 


A.X Pole Dance and Fitness Studio is just a 15 minute walk away from the Nottingham City Centre. We hold group and private lessons Monday-Sunday. 


Classes must be booked as we have a maximum of 18 people per class to ensure you get the ultimate pole dancing experience.

What do I wear?

Shorts and a sleeveless top are required when using the pole. Skin friction is needed to grip the pole. For the warm up, you may want to wear leggings/tracksuit bottoms and a hoody. Footwear can range from trainers, socks or

bare feet.


Do not moisturise the day of your pole class (and the day before if you can)! This will make your body, hands and pole slippery, making it dangerous to you and others using the pole.

Dry Hands Grip is available to buy in studio and online £12.00 per bottle.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to get changed if needed. The warm up is a very important part of our pole classes and as we pride ourselves on putting our students safety first, we cannot allow students to join in the lesson if they arrive after the lesson start time.
